Training Suite, Meeting Room & Office Space Hire
Do you need a clean, bright training suite which has plenty of free, accessible parking?
Or a flexible meeting space? Perhaps an off-site room or two would be useful to hold interviews or a team building session?
Would you like access to an office space, available by the full or half day?
If it's a 'yes', ASC could have the room for hire that you have been looking for.
Advocacy Support Cymru has three cost-effective, refurbished training and meeting rooms available for hire. These flexible spaces come with kitchen facilties, accessible free parking, wi-fi and are tranquil environments to work in.
Our offices are situated in St Mellons, Cardiff, which is outside the city centre, but very accessible. The benefit and convenience of free parking is typically not available within city centre venues.
Rooms are available to hire between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Should you wish to view any of the spaces, contact RoomHire@ascymru.org.uk and we will happily arrange this with you.
We have three spaces for hire:
Harlech Training Suite - with breakout/relaxation lounge space included
- 24 theatre seating with individual training seats and flip down tables. This could be increased to 34 with additional standard seating.
- 20 boardroom seating
- 16 U-Shape with tables
- Projector & screen
- Whiteboard and Flipchart system
- Flexible felt discussion boards
- Free guest wi-fi
- Tea & Coffee and Lunch available on request (additional cost)
Cost to hire: £72.00 half day/£120.00 full day
Beaumaris Office or Small Meeting Space
- Standard desk & seating
- 10 boardroom seating
- Interview set up on request
- Discussion & relaxation corner
- Flipchart
- Free guest wi-fi
- Tea & Coffee and Lunch available on request (additional cost)
Cost to hire: £54.00 half day/£84.00 full day
Relaxation Lounge (included as part of a booking of the Harlech Training Room but available to hire individually)
- Two Sofas for relaxed discussion
- Seating & Table area for 4 persons
- Free guest wi-fi
- Tea & Coffee available on request
- Buffets available on request (additional cost)
Cost to hire: £15.00 hourly/£65.00 full day

All enquiries are to be directed to RoomHire@ascymru.org.uk.
You will receive a response with availability within 3 working days - usually by return. You will be sent a booking form with accompanying terms & conditions. These will require completion by an authorised signatory before any booking can be reserved. Please arrange a room viewing with us if you wish to see the spaces available before booking.
ASC reserves the right to cancel any hiring arrangement if payment has not been received prior to the hire date. ASC also reserves the right to make additional charges when extension of use of facilities occurs or for additional time not agreed in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: The hirer must accept responsibility for and agree to maintain good behaviour during the time the hirer is occupying the room. ASC is a professional organisation and expects anyone hiring facilities to behave in a professional, courteous manner. Excessive noise or inconvenience that impacts on ASC day to day business will not be tolerated and hirers will be requested to leave.
