As restrictions ease in Wales, our IMHA, IMCA and Community advocacy services continue to operate as normal across all areas. Despite the inevitable disruption to services during the pandemic, our referrals have continued at a normal level and our advocates continue to be responsive and supportive for all patients.

Our Cardiff and Swansea offices are now open and our advocates and support staff are working flexibly from the office and home dependent on business need. We continue to improve the technology in place, allowing us to operate efficiently and ensure the best service to patients.
